Use organic lemons for the recipe.
Wash the lemons and cut them into small pieces.
Peel the garlic cloves, the 4 heads.
Grate the ginger.
Put all these ingredients in a blender and mix well.
Add water 2 liters, and cook – use stainless steel or glass pot, preferably.
When it starts to boil (first bubbles) remove the pot from the heat and let it cool, covered.
How to use
You should drink, for 3 weeks, 1 cup a day, two hours before the main meal or if you can, on an empty stomach, before time. After this period, let your body rest for 1 week and start treatment again.
The remedy should be stored in the refrigerator, preferably in a dark, well-capped glass bottle.
You can sweeten with honey if you don’t get to swallow pure – the taste is medium strong, of course, but leaves no bad breath.
