And believe me, you will feel a great sense of victory once you have reached the month and learned a good or bad habit.
Okay, that’s enough of that. It’s time to act!

Eat a healthy breakfast every morning.
I can’t stress enough: breakfast in the morning is a must! Not only to satisfy the first hunger and counteract the moments of the morning waist, but also to awaken the body.
Your digestion should be turned on, your brain should be removed from the sleeping position and all other processes in your body should get used to the new situation.
This can only be done using energy.
A recent study showed that people who eat a good breakfast every morning often have a leaner body, lower cholesterol and much lower risk of overeating.
If you skip breakfast, you’re probably overweight because it stings faster. Have a good breakfast!
2. Drink water
I say this often, but I can’t emphasize it enough.
All day long, you sweat and go to the bathroom.
The result is a loss of more than 2 litres of water per day.
This must be completed again, otherwise many body processes collapse.
Compare this to an engine that still has enough oil, but there is nothing left: it may take some time, but today or tomorrow, the engine starts to weaken and it is usually too late.
If you don’t drink enough water, the body goes into crisis mode.
This means that the body retains every drop of water with anxiety, causing a feeling of unnecessary swelling and overweight.
It may sound strange, but drinking water solves this problem. Drink 1.5 to 2 litres of water a day.
3. Take a quick walk every day.
Regular exercise is not only good for your body, it also extends your life. And who doesn’t want it? By moving around every day, you can concentrate better in the short term, manage your stress better, improve your mood and give your body a boost of energy.
For those who already say they are too tired to put one leg before the other, I have some good news: A walk, and travel in general, provides more energy than it costs.
In other words, it gives you more energy and makes you more productive for the rest of the day.
Allow at least 30 minutes of exercise a day.
4. Don’t take over other people’s problems.
If you are a man who has many problems, it is very likely that you can easily deal with someone else’s problems.
It’s become a habit. For example, if you can’t go to your brother’s birthday because you have to work, you probably worry about how your brother will find it before you even call to report it.
You have to work, and there’s no choice. It’s no different. If your brother doesn’t like it, that’s his problem. Don’t decide yours.
In other words: don’t get involved in everything and distinguish between the problems you can influence and the problems you can’t do anything about, the problems of others.
We must try to get rid of the problems and certainly not attract them.
This way of thinking and acting has a positive effect on your stress level. And, as we all know, stress is an important factor in the development of all kinds of conditions, such as cardiovascular disease.
5. No problems, just solutions (My personal favorite)
Now that we are talking about problems: You must no longer see the problems you face as problems. Consider them a challenge, a project you must carry out.
What can help here is to write down everything that concerns this’problem’ /’project’. Describe what you want to do and, in fact, do it.
In most cases, you will see that the “problems” were not so big and that they were easy to solve.
If, on the other hand, you keep your problem with you and do nothing, it will only increase more and more. Not only in real life, but in your head as well.
6. Stop delaying
Okay, there’s some overlap with the previous point, but it’s worth mentioning.
Postponing unpleasant jobs (such as solving a problem) will cause more stress, forcing you to postpone it further. A vicious circle that must be broken.
The result, often these boring tasks are not as boring as you originally thought. It is a positive attitude and a positive approach to employment.
7. Begin with meditation
Meditation gives your body and mind a lot of peace and quiet.
Get some rest, you need to relax and recharge your body for the next challenge.
Go meditate for at least 10 minutes every day, or do yoga exercises – you’ll see the results almost instantly!
This way you can organize your often confusing thoughts, set priorities and put them into practice.
Your head will eventually become brighter.
8. Empty your head
Another way to avoid stress and keep a clear view of your life is to write down your thoughts and ideas.
Make sure you always have something to write with you: a notebook and a pen, or maybe your smartphone or tablet. Always write down your thoughts.
Especially those messy thoughts that sometimes come to mind, things that still need to be done “for a while” today.
Write it down, then it’s set and it doesn’t float in your mind.
An empty head has room to put things in order and set priorities.
Creating a routing
Before going to bed, you can clear your head by creating a list of tasks for the next day.
Write this down as systematically as possible, preferably in order of priority or time.
The result is that your head is empty when you fall asleep, so you can rest and work on your list the next day with new energy.
And let’s be honest: there’s nothing more satisfying than reviewing your list after each job.
And of course, you can fool around a bit by writing an unexpected job you did on the list later and deleting it immediately.
You’ll be amazed at what you can do in a day.
